Upgrade Falang site from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4

Note: This documentation don't exist yet in french.
  1. Disable Falang and all other Falang plugins
  2. Upgrade Joomla to latest Joomla 4 version
  3. Upgrade Falang to latest Falang compatible version
  4. Upgrade Extra plugin to latest version (see Falang Control Panel for the latest compatible version)
  5. Publish Falang
  6. Publish Extra plugin (2023/01/05 : the falangextra param's is not yet compatible with Joomla 4 and may not be enabled)
  7. Go to the Falang > Control Panel. This will re-order the plugin to be Joomla 4 compatible
